It is part of the Scottish Government’s Digital Health and Care Division.
The work was originally commissioned by the Scottish Government’s Technology Enabled Care Programme (2015 – 2023)

The TEC team worked across Health, Social Care and Housing, supporting a wide range of workstreams such as Digital Mental Health, Near Me, Remote Health Pathways, Telecare and Digital Approaches in Care Homes.
