How to register on the Inhealthcare platform

You will have had a consultation with, or written contact from, your GP, nurse, or other healthcare specialist before you receive the email asking you to register on the Inhealthcare platform. Your account will be registered to the relevant service. This video will guide you through how to register (create your log in details) on the Inhealthcare platform.

For patients of IBS services

Please note if you are using the IBS 1st Line Advice service or the IBS 2nd Line service, you must use the My Inhealthcare app to complete the tasks and access the advice. To use the app, follow the instructions above to register on Inhealthcare and then download the app from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) and log in using your username and password.
