The Digital Social Care Programmes Scottish Commission for People with Learning Disabilities (SCLD) partner, Ruth Callander, provides a vital link into SCLD's digital transformation programme, promoting the rights of people with learning disabilities, underpinned by the best available evidence. Initial meeting of the Digital Navigator Board was held in December 2022, and connections are continuing to be made with other key stakeholders. Exploratory work and training continues to be undertaken early 2023.
Quarriers Digital Financial Inclusion Project
Key Objectives:
The development of a financial inclusion partnership which is focused on supporting people with a learning disability to transition to a cashless society
Latest Update:
Five focus groups successfully completed with Quarriers support staff, team leaders and members of the finance team. Data analysis of data collected from these focus groups is underway.
