Nicola has had a leadership role social care innovation for 10 years, working in both the third and independent sectors in Scotland. She has a proven track record of service redesign, new product development, and implementing change in the digital health and social care space. When she was at Alzheimer Scotland, she led partners across health and social care and industry, on 2 national Tests of Change and a CivTech 4.0 Accelerator Challenge. Her current focus is on creating the conditions for ethical and rights-based, models of care, enabled by future workforce skills and emergent technologies and data driven innovation.
