Hailing from Australia, Rachel is a programme manager at NHS National Services Scotland. Since arriving in Scotland in August 2019, Rachel has supported the implementation and scaling-up of Near Me across health, care and public services, specifically focussed on primary care, urgent care, local councils and social security. Rachel is also involved in the Digital Inclusion Programme and the Digital Front Door Programme.
A lawyer by trade, Rachel has a breadth of experience working in programme, policy and legal roles within the Australian Government. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys exploring Scotland, getting out in nature and good food.
