About This Event
The Digital Social Care Team are delighted to announce our second Test of Change (ToC) Showcase. Throughout Autumn and Winter 2022/23 we will hold a series of shared learning events from our successful Test of Change applicants, delivered by speakers representing each participating organisation.
Each organisation will speak about their ToC for 15 minutes, followed by a 10 minute Q&A session.
Agenda:
- Digital Support Planning Grids- Using 247 grids for those in receipt of self-directed support (SDS) to create greater transparency and accountability, supporting individuals to be at the centre of their support planning, with greater awareness around the cost of support and how their budget is being spent.
Presenter: Michelle Fleming from Moray HSCP.
- Support improved delivery of care through technology, that ultimately enables better digital access and inclusion to users, who have learning disabilities and other impairments.
Presenter: Richard Hamer from ENABLE Visit.
