NSS Integration Team wins at the Scottish Public Service Awards 2019
The NSS Integration team took top spot in the Digital Public Services category for their work, in partnership with NHS24, NHS Lothian and TEC, in developing a national digital solution that delivers blood pressure monitoring data directly into GP practices’ electronic document management system. This solution delivers an enhanced digital dashboard which provides graphical monitoring of blood pressure over time, colour-coded clinical alerts requiring medical intervention, monitoring of targets agreed and set out in the Telehealth Programme and which follow national guidelines and reporting which complies with nationally agreed algorithms. https://scottishpublicserviceawards.holyrood.com/page/winners
