Spread Plan

Developing your spread plan

The iterative theme continues within the spread plan:

Diagram describing the three steps in developing your spread plan

Good initial testing and process development helps ensures that less time is required to spread the new service.  Start with increasing the number of staff and clients using the service then extend into other area services or areas of the organisation.

Guidance Notes

Guidance developed as part of the Improvement Collaboratives is a good resource to support the spread of the new service. Guidance notes already developed are available on the Guidance Notes page.

Learning Webinars

As part of the spread plan, holding a webinar is a good way of sharing information and learning with a wider group of staff. Some of our webinars have been recorded and are collected, alongside additional information, on the Webinars page.
