A key aim of the Programme is to equip practitioners and organisations with the tools and resources required to embed digital inclusion as part of core service delivery.
The Programme is supporting the broader workforce through training opportunities and resource development. This includes supporting the digital skills and confidence of the workforce by providing digital champions training – bespoke to mental health and housing. This work has benefited from a series of co-design sessions with mental health and housing practitioners led by Mhor Collective. You can read more about the outcomes of the co-design in these reports:

Digital Inclusion Practice Guide for digital health and care
We are also working on developing a ‘Digital Health and Care: Embedding Digital Inclusion’ Practice Guide. This online interactive guide aims to enhance understanding of digital inclusion across health and care settings (including housing, social care, social work and others).
The guide, co-produced with practitioners and people with lived experience, is a ‘live’ document which will be reviewed and updated during the Programme. The guide will be available soon.
The outcomes of the first co-production session are available here: Themes and insights (tec.scot)
